adding pictures in poll fights...and story fights

hi....i have been having trouble uploading pictures in my story fight on fcf,,i continue to get the message..the file size is to large /picture to large

but the pictures i try to use are from each ladies fcf profile page//and i have tried several differnt pics.. with always the same error message

i don't get it, what is the difference  from adding a picture on a fcf profile page,and adding some of those same pictures as an attachment  to a poll fight,or story fight, or even to some of my fcf cyber fight pages?



any suggestions  will be appreciated

When pics get saved to FCF profiles they get saved as PNG
If you have photo editing software try changing them to JPEG
