Festelle.eu Gave Me the Wrong Video

So I had purchased FV45-5 (Thai boxing), but instead the site gave FV44-4.   I've deleted from the recycle bin FV44-4 and gave the site owner an email about it. I told him the I deleted it, gave him my email, and order date.

Is there anything else I could do?
