Blocked out of Chat - Want to get in

For some odd reason I can't get into the Chat room. I am using my username - Biggerbear#68 and my password and it blocks me everytime. What is going on? Why can't I get into the chat room?

The reason why you cant get into the chat room is because your username cannot have any special characters in it. I can change it for you but you'll have to let me know what name you want to use.

I can't change your user name until you tell me what name you want to use.

To use the chat room your username which is the one you log in with can only be one word. I can change it for you but i need to know what name you want it changed to.

Also instead of spaces you can use underscores, but an Admin still has to change the name for you. And you may not like us to just randomly pick a new name for you.
