looking for art

i'm not sure if i'm posting this in the right spot, but it can get moved later i guess.  but i've seen some really good art on here and i've messaged someone on deviant art about doing something for my friend and i.  but i wanted to ask if there was anyone here that did the 3d style art that would make something for me?  like i can provide a full body picture of my friend and i and have you make the scene from there maybe?  i honestly don't know how any of this works so i thought i would ask lol.
