Adding files to add new pics to profile page

Hi guys,

I hope you are all having a great day. I was wondering, I have seen other profiles where they have added file folders to the pictures page to add more photos to their profile. Could someone explain how to do that. I am not having much luck with that.

it isn't adding more pictures just more of a sorting system. When you go to  profile pictures, where you see ADD Picture.. look to the the far right of the page there is a folder with a plus sign above it , click on that to Add Album
