Nude Avatar?

So, can you use a Nude avatar, I have this painting someone made for me that had two actresses fighting, would I be able to use that or is it safe images on!y?

We do not allow full frontal nudity from the waist down.

The description said quite clearly below the waist isn't allowed. . If you don't know if the breasts are above or below the waist, they are above.
AI is a better fighing and sexual experience than me so use that instead.
