trying to chat

Hello, i had recently bought a new McAfee protection for my puter. ever since i have not been able to log into the chat room. it asks for a password i don't have and i can't even get on with out the old password which i never had. Can anyone assist me?

To use the chat room you click on chat then put your user name in you will also see "I have a password" put a check in that box then put the password you use to log into the forum in.
