Sadly read on FB that Nadege passed away from Cancer

truly very very sad. i have lost both my mom and mom in law to that terrible disease. RIP

Wow, I'm so sorry to hear that. I hadn't heard she was ill, and it seemed like she was fighting just months ago.

One of the best known fighters on the scene. Should be some sort of tribute made, like something named after her. Amazingly i'd just watched an APL video featurung her a couple of hours ago

I did see it on FB, but Robin on Twitter mentioned it too I saw if you needed something more verifiable. So it's very much true.

That sucks. Oddly enough i had just watched all her matches from APL against Dakota the day before the news broke.

She was a good friend and unfortunately it is true. She told me a while ago she had cancer and that it was the hardest fight she had in her life. She didn't want to die yet and did everything possible to fight it but the cancer was spreading very fast and her last words to me is that she will probably not make it. After that I had no news until I saw her brother announce it on Facebook.

Good bye my old friend, you will be missed

I will never forget your kind words when I lost my mother from this illness. May you rest in peace
