anyone remember this story

it was between a wife and mistress.  wife is out of town, shows up early and catches hubby and mistress in bed.  mistress eventually beats wife by choking her with phone cord. she then turns to lover and says ?where were we?. i think it was on tina diane stories. anyone recall it?
