Chubby Mndy has been bullying Rebby for months at work degrading her and abusing her power. Rebby has had enough of her abuse and stands up to the bigger girl challenging her to a fight. Mandy confidently accepts and stipulates the fight ends in a knockout and winner has her way with the loser.

I think the longer the fight lasts the better Reby's chances. Mandy is stronger but I don't know if Mandy has the stamina

Mandy wins with little trouble and 30secs into it she can see the fear and regret in Rebby's eyes. She proceeds to then take her time and trash talks her till she's satisfied the lesson is learned and locks a sleeper in to end it.
