problems ordering from Clips4sale

For the past few days I've been trying to purchase videos from C4S I make my selection and then I'm  sent to the order page and when it gets to the "select state/Provence"  drop down menu... it does nothing keeping me from selecting my country and completing my purchase. In a nutshell that link appears to be dead. I've contacted C4S  but they've been no help (they seem to not understand the problem)I've also tried other devices (laptop, cell phone) and still the same problem occurs. Is anyone else having this  problem?

Problem has been resolved
