I have, several times, no one seems to know what it is. I've also tried reverse image searching and googled so many different descriptions of what I see in the image. It drives me fucking crazy, I want to know what this is from so badly.

I dont know for sure but the art style looks very similar to what they do in the Lupin series, might be that Fujiko Mine offshoot

I've searched lupin quite extensively and though the redhead does closely resemble Fujiko I really don't believe that's where it comes from, seems like SOMEONE would recognize it if it were from something mainstream. It wouldn't surprise me if it was the same animation studio though.

Minor update. I managed to find a location where this image was posted back in 2010, http://guro.booru.org/index.php?page=post&s=view&id=1827 Unfortunately it still provides nothing more to go on but it's the most progress I've made so far. If anyone here ever finds out what this is please let me know.
