njcatfan is right.  whenever one girl does not respond in like to the action of her opponent, whether it is a hair pull, tit grab, crotch grab, slap etc, it is a pretty good indication that she does not want the fight to continue.. any thoughts?

I realize there are two sides to every story, but it looked like a clear case of bullying to me.  If that was the case, it's too bad the bully girl didn't get the crap stomped out of her.

as there was any reason given to hairpulling I join my fore-writers here. Guess it was hard for the taller girl in yellow to refrain from fighting.

The longer the video goes on the more I thought the bigger girl just didn't want to fight, agree with everybody here, also that it's possible that although she could probably beat her up there might be other consequences with that, what if he has been in jail for example and could be brought back there for fighting.
The other girl was in such a rage that she could have punched her multiple times easily because her opponent had no control over herself for a real fight.
I feel sorry for that girl, wish nothing had prevented her from giving her a good punch to put her back in her place.
