Because that's what their viewers of readers want. In any REAL fight, I would go for the face or throat. It's fine for a fantasy, but i find it annoying when people try to pass off fights like that as real fights. ... I agree, it's us men obsessed, not 'white women'. A girl has to be immensly taller, bigger and stronger than her opponent to actually pick her up and put her across her knees to spank her (after doing enough work on her to leave her too exhausted to put up much of a fight), but as most people want the two to be of similar height, build and strength to begin with the spanking thing can be surreal.
