ever lose a match due to falling unconsciousness?

I'm just wondering. Has anyone ever, really lost a match because of falling unconsciousness because of something like a "choke hold,  sleeper hold, or a breast smoother?" Or are these just fictional and programmed acts that we read about, or see in videos. Does this REALLY happen? Curious.

any idea how long these different holds/finishes took before she became unconciousness, and who decided when she was and how, so that the hold was released. and was any thing done to humiliate her further? victory poses, stripping her, etc.
