Serena is bigger, stronger, fitter and much more vicious.
This would only last until Serena caught up with Halle and then it would be all over in seconds.

Halle could win it if she fought dirty. a knee to the crotch could finish Serena

It's more likely that Serena would be the dirtier fighter. I can't see anything else than a devastatingly one sided destruction of Halle by Serena. As they came together at the start, Halle would be terrified on seeing how big and powerful Serena is. It would be over before it started

I generally consider Halle to be fairly tough, but Serena is in another league entirely and would take her apart.
