Adding a video to profile

How is this done?

I see "My Media:
You can paste codes for your favorite videos, music... here. Also, HTML and CSS are supported"
But I'm not technically skilled.

Copy the following code into that section and change the part in red to the sequence at the end of a youtube (browser) link. [Example Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hb17uaaldwM]
