Monk's Assistants Catfight

Monk was a brilliant detective with a lot of problems. The series ran for 8 seasons and he had two attractive assistants helping him. His first assistant was Sharona played by Bitty Schram, she was replaced in the middle of season 3 by Natalie played by Traylor Howard. The two only appeared together on one episode and there wasn't a fight but they didn't get along. Who would win a catfight between the assistants and who's hotter?
