Hey to all the trillian users quick question. Someone reached out to me to chat there reluctant to use trillian I agreed and as expected I had issues both signing in to my old account and making a new one, I use iOS system even downloaded their app and still nothing , any suggestions to get in there? It's not so or die just want to know if it's me or them or the operating system . Thanks in advance

I'm not much of a techie but I can say I've used the phone app on an iphone before and not had any issues...
