Searching for a martial arts movie (80ies or early 90ies I guess)

I have no clue about the title.
I think it is about two former friends who now run kind of rival Martial Arts Gyms. I guess there also was a woman who was together with one firt and the other later. I know it includes a female kickboxing match and the woman gets kidnapped later. Any ideas?
