Anyone know what this hold is called? She is using her opponents own arms pulled around her neck.

That's the exaggerated wrestling version of the straight jacket choke that's used in jiu jitsu to transition to a rear naked choke.

It is reflex frequently usedby women wrestling in Eastern Europe aqnn is called "Wolf tie" or "Pig tie".

Also known as a 'scarf hold'. A very effective control hold.

Clumsy splicing together of two different takes; the hold is only being applied properly in the second one i.e. when she says "I give" for the third time (loud enough for everyone to hear her  ). It looks like they took that from an unscripted fight in rehearsals or during the auditions and then shot the rest to lead up to it. That isn't acting IMHO. She's in real pain.
