My million dollar question- is the action in these clips as real as suitefights?

The short answer is YES!

In the scale from 1 to 10;

WBI316: 10/10
WBI315  9.5/10
WBI272:  8/10

I think WBI is too sub-valued (IMO). Besides the above mentioned, WBI has very good and spirited matches. Maybe not  all their productions are so intense as WBI315 and WBI316, but their Bring it Bitch series is a very good one, specially any catfight featuring Dragon Lily vs Joylyn, Ariel vs Dia, Bella vs Joylyn, Dragon Lily vs Jolene and Bella vs Harleen. All of them deserve 8/10 at least

More good stuff from WBI. Another Sarah vs Harleen (Their first fight). Although "No strikes allowed" (i.e. no slaps or punches) it is still a very good one. 9 out of 10 IMO:

The action is real. Both ladies don't like each other at all and fought very hard. You can try first WBI316. If you like it, you may try WBI315 and WBI314, in this order. Nothing to do with JMR, DT, SK and other fake videos. The preview videos you can see in C4S don't honor the full videos.

There is definite animosity in the Harleen/Sarah match-ups.  The punches are vicious and many.

Regarding DragonLily, a lot depends on her opponent match-up.  Her catfights against Joylyn and Jolene are her best, IMHO.  However the Harleen/Sarah catfights are wars.

She also has a bad scripted wrestling match/catfight with a blonde. I've seen it around the internet a few times but I don't know who produced it.

It's too bad; I think that if she had better conditioning she'd have been great. (My read on her fight with Sarah Brooke has always been that she ran out of gas.)

If you're talking about Sarah and Lora they did fight for Suitfights. The fight looked good from the trailer but I never bothered purchasing it. I've only purchased 1 Suitfights match over the past few years and that was Aubrey vs Brooke and I wasn't too amazed by that one.

She does wrestling over at APL plus she has her own store at C4S. I just purchased the Lora/Sarah catfight as of this writing I haven't watched it yet but I've heard good things.  There's already one thing I've been told about the fight that I'm not too happy about HOPEFULLY the action itself will make up for.
