rookie/newcomer of the year

i am a little later  setting things up this year than usual.

this has become a yearly event, some very popular fcf members have worn the crown.

to be eligable, you have to be a registered fcf member for  one{1}  full year,.

beginning from sept 1st 2020,untill the closing date for signups,untill oct 24th 2021

this gives  any new members  who  became registered members after the last newcomer poll  the opportunity to be entered into this years.

ladies if you have been included in past  rookie polls, you are no longer eligable, and will not be included

sign ups begin now.
