clips4sale: Sofort not working for anyone else?

Tries to order some vids just now on clips4sale, but via the sofort (bank direct e-pay) option I kept getting a "server error" message. They've clearly revamped their billing page, so perhaps they haven't worked out all the bugs.

anyone else having the same problem?

Yes I was having issues paying via credit card today with clips4sale.  I chatted with their customer support and they said they are having system issues, but they didn't give an ETA on when will be resolved.

I've gotten the Error:503 screen as well so it must be server issues. Probably getting more traffic than the server can handle.

Hello,

We do apologize for the inconvenience. Our IT team is aware of the issue with Sofort purchases. They are working to resolve as soon as possible. Unfortunately at this time we do not have an estimated time of when that may be resolved.

Looks like they've put their old Sofort interface up again, which works, for those tracking this
