Categorisation and Naming of Sexual Positions

Explanation:
So for some reason my categorical mind has decided to figure out the names of as many sexual positions as possible. So far I have categorized the positions into three basic types (Scissoring, Fingering & Eating). However under each category there are many different positions. So I have come to you in search of answers, what are the names of these positions? What positions have I missed out on? Or maybe I even missed out an entire category!? If there is no name for the position, I'm open to hearing your own thoughts.
