It has come to my attention that there is someone who is voting in the polls who has 20 profiles. This is unfair to everyone who is participating. Because of a very unscrupulous person, I am forced to shut this poll down without a conclusion. It is a shame that one person would do such a thing and ruin it for the rest of us. Good morning Anne, I believe the only fair thing to do at this point is to abandon the tournament. It is not fair that one voter with 20 profiles can determine the outcome. I am very upset that those of you who participated in my tournament won't get to see it run to a conclusion. One person has wrecked it for all of the participants and for me. I am sorry for all of us together.

It isn't one person causing problems. I see no reason for the person I mentioned elsewhere to even care about your poll. The other reason is they aren't the only person with more than one id on this site so to blame them as some boogeyman is rather silly. You could do the same swing with 4 people with 5 ids each or ten people with 2. There are hundreds of people here with more than one id (including myself ) that cause no problems. And yes there are people with more than one id who have voted more than once in a poll.

The multi id voter has always been here , for all the polls that you thought were close and fair too. And you have people who voted just because someone asked them to. Or based their opinion on someone's picture not their skill writing. So these polls have never been fair and never will be. These polls aren't a federal election, guys.

There are a lot of reasons why people might want to do mass voting in a poll  but I do think one of them is taking some pleasure in seeing poll creators have a meltdown and pack up their ball and go home when they decide something is amiss.

If you were having fun before this, do realize the multi id users didn't show up in the last week. They voted in the polls you had fun with too.
