Claws help a lot but they are best when you have your rival down and can really do damage the feel of skin cut makes one ready to give especially in a bad position , hair , and face damage are best , punches, claws, a kick and nails to breast , biting as well but all of that is best used or achieved with a great hair hold  , where you pull the head the body follows so once you have a rival under control by hair you can blast away, claw, whatever and still use hair to make her scream
