Logging into Chat

I've recently changed my screen name, and now, I can't seem to get into the chat room. Might anyone help me with the procedure to get a new p/w and/ or screen name, please?

You have to log into the chat room with your log in name.
If you want to change your log in name let me know what name you want to use.
If you want to change your password go to your profile click on Modify Profile Click on Account.
