How do you post images in a forum message?

I've been trying to post images in a new topic in the Catfight Art section for a little while now and I can't seem to do it. I've found the image tool in the message box, but I'm not sure of how to get images from the internet to show up. At least, they don't appear in the preview if you copy the url from your deviantart.com gallery. Also, can you use the image tool to post images from your computer? Or do you simply have to use the attachment tool instead?

Any help with this would be much appreciated.

Nevermind, I figured it out. For those of you who are Mac Users, the best way to copy an image that you would like to post in the forums is to control click the image, then select "copy image" and paste the url in the image tool.
