I can tell you that more than not the fights in a dressing room are a little more in depth than it being a private place, these fights tend to be for reasons involving money, stage time, regular customers , jealousy, and scheduling , other times may involve a boyfriend or drugs, I worked in the industry not full strip but a "gentlemen's club" the laws in most areas according to the ABC will not allow full nudity and alcohol as was the case where I danced, as far as the dressing rooms privacy it is only semi private as far as public access bouncers typically enter unannounced to get a girl on stage or to make sure no drugs are openly sold as well as keeping the peace

Well the locker room and backstage areas are the two common areas of any club...At some point every working girl has to go to the locker area. That is where you store all of your stuff for your shift. Work and non work attire, phone, keys, make up, coat, heels, shoes etc...We girls are petty and at some point if a girl is going to confront another girl this is the most convenient and opportunistic area to do so...There is always two driving factors... MONEY & JEALOUSY...Like Dotti D mentioned many things can feed into that. Scheduling,  Stage Time,  Regular Jons wanting a variety and sometimes a boyfriend or girlfriend gets in the mix. In my six plus years I saw more then a handful of catballs but you might be surprised at the higher end clubs a majority of the girls are fairly well educated and civil... It is a business and means to pay the bills...If you act like a idiotic bitch word gets around and you won't be working at the premier clubs... Fun question and topic!

haven not been in strip clubs but probably it is private place and very convenient place to settle things between women

I use to go to a strip club, that had cameras in the bathroom and locker rooms, and they told the girls when they hired them, about the cameras, management said, at the end of the day

They were responsible for what happens on the premises, if a girl gets in a fight, and gets  beat up badly they didn't want to get sued, because of it.
