as for changing the time  this poll was set up  from past  rookie of the year polls  ,it had been suggested  that it may  be better  to wait until closer to the end of the year....if there is a rookie poll for 2019  I will move it back to  the original starting time



as for Karin's  post  I agree  completely.....I try to encourage  everyone  in my polls  to be active   and make a poll   FIGHTout of it,and not to let  the voting affect their  activity.
