Suicide Girls 100 Girl Battle Royale begins

I am doing random dice rolls to determine vote cut offs needed to advance to later rounds as girls get added to the fight (between 1-9 girls can be eliminated each round).  I am basing this loosely on the WWE Battle Royale matches where start with 2 guys in the ring and new wrestlers enter ring at fixed intervals.  This is going to be very experimental and rules can change as the match progresses and thinking of adding special rules when FCF girls enter match.  Please feel free to offer suggestions and commentary on the girls.  So here we start...
