The whole site had to be rolled back to a March backup to fix the database.

It wont let you in with spaces in your ID if you change your name it will reset your password. which I can help you with.

Have email notifications when someone sends you a message or posts to your profile stopped? I know my email address is correct.

How do you reply to a message or send a message in chat? There is a "send message" block but no "send" to click.

A step by step instruction on how to use the "new" chat would be helpful. Thanks.

Incomplete profile being displayed of all the other members except your own.
The 'About Me' and all the other section disappear after a while, leaving just half of the profile to be seen.

I can't get in either and my user name has no spaces, dots, or anything

I've tried that password update mentionned here a page or two back, still no go

Congrats to the forum staff for getting us back up and running. Love the new look. The new chat is a bit of a learning curve, but we'll figure it out

First of all, thanks to all the administrators and tech people for all the hard work over the last few weeks. I know it has to be very frustrating. This isn't a complaint and I can wait until some of the more urgent things have been resolved but like others have posted, I'm having trouble accessing the chat room because I had a space in my user name. I have changed that and reset my password but still am unable to get to the chat room. After changing my username, it now shows up without a space but I still have to use a space when logging onto the site so not sure what I did really worked. It appears that my "name" has been changed to no space but my true Username still has the space. This is the error I am getting now:

Error Connecting (Closing link: (a2f450ea@62.129.135.52) [Access denied])

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated but no rush. I'll be patient and wait my turn.

Juggles, you're absolutely right. I figured that out from talking to a couple other members.
