Like Ann has said, it hurts, but I still like being able to use this fighting tactic. It does come "natural" for us women I believe.  I have lost my share and it does come out easier now that I am older.  I had a neck ache and stiffness for over two weeks after my last arranged fight. And it takes lonnnnger to recuperate when you get older....uggghhh.
