Mugsy's Girls, / Delta PI

Has anyone ever seen this film?  The plot sounds good, but this review makes it sound rubbish.

i watched this as a teenager ad even then i thought the humour was purile.  the actual matches were lame and to have an old age pensioner win a mud wrestling match???  avoid like the plague.
