I think there are a fair number of female vs. female fights in movies and TV.  I think the trend is more toward karate/mma skilled style fighting vs. the catfights of the 80's.  But they are still out there.  Just recently there was an Arrow episode with a great heroine vs. villainess catfight.

Frankly, I think there are a lot more movies and TV shows with catfights than ever before.  Producers know that there's an audience (both male and female) for it, and the modern woman is far more likely to throw down than her counterpart of yesteryear. 

There may not be enough to satisfy your desire (or mine), but then again, is that even possible?
