in reply to others who've had the same problem...somewhere on here is some very good advice from Nutmeg, one of the Moderators, about how you can tweak the system to work for you.

What type of device are you using? If your using a laptop or desktop what OS is it and what browser are you using? Also if you haven yet you should update flashplayer. Feel free to contact me and I will try to help you out.

I would try using a different browser. A lot of times When I have problems with the room that helps.

Haven't been active in chat for a while , but I know I have always had trouble getting in once it got to over 40 people
