Catfight Phone app Game

I'm thinking of providing funding to create an app on the phone all about catfight.  Perhaps two women, where you control to slap, pull hair, scratch, etc.  Can anyone point me in the right direction to find a good developer for this.  Graphics and game play functionality are most important of course.  THanks
