Name That Hold

Does anyone know if the wrestling hold in the attached image has a proper name?  On first glance I'd say that it's some kind of surfboard variation - it looks kind of like a Romero Special, except that the person trapped in the hold is lying on their stomach instead of being lifted into the air.

I've also seen this move referred to as a Rocking Horse, but I'm not sure that's correct - I've seen the same name being applied to a move where the attacker is standing and has their opponent hanging like a swing set.
