If you mean the maid in the Black Lagoon clip from cftoons14, that is Roberta a.k.a. "the Bloodhound of Florencia".  She is a ex-colombian guerrilla that owed a debt to the Lovelace family and became their maid/bodyguard.

I believe she is first seen in season one, around episodes 9 and 10. The fight scene is from episode 10 "The Unstoppable Chambermaid" .
