Chatroom just crashed at 07:57  EST, very laggy to get back in.

a few people have told me they are getting signed out of chat with the message that the session has expired. I had that happen to me lastnight right before the 504 messages and site slowed down to a crawl for me.

Have made the flashplayer update (12 June 2012 ) After this i wasn't able to join the chat. Have get only white screen. After deleting update chat works again.

Someone else had the same problem with the flashplayer update. I forget what he said the workaround is. I will ask him the next time I see him.

Someone else that had the same problem with the flashplayer said it was giving them problems with firefox. He said what he found on a forum about it was to reset firefox and that took care of the problem.
To reset click on firefox in the to left hand corner click on help then Troubleshooting Information. There you will see a button to reset firefox.

I just spent some time helping someone with a problem they were having with the chat room. They were able to come into the room any type but when they tried to send it the message wouldn't go through. It turned out to be that her flash player wasn't up to date. I just figured I'd let anyone else who has that same problem to try updating their flash player.

Flash player should be updated on a monthly basis, Adobe puts out updates all the time for security issues.

The Chat room crashed 3 times between 6:30 AM and 9:23 AM

Weird, I was in, but it did not crash for me, I did upgrade to flash player the previous night..

I seem to have a lot of trouble getting into the chat room . Something about adobe. Is there a problem with the chat feature, others seem to have problems as well. Can someone please look into this

That's a known issue, techs are aware. For now just click "No" on that Adobe error and it'll eventually clear
