Boundfighters cancer thread (Update from REHAB 08 Feb 15)

Hello all

Have thought a lot about creating this , but at least i thought it was a good idea to keep my friends informed.

Most know that i have had cancer on my vocalcord last year in feb. Thought all was gone over a year.
But bad news. After the last control check , the cancer comes back.

Have had a suggery at april and today i get the bad results. Will go to hospital at 08 May and they will remove a big part from my left vocalcord.
But there is a good chance that all is well after this.

I will keep you informed in this thread how it goes.

And the most important "I THINK POSITIVE"

Jurgen......this year i had a hip replacememt go bad when it.got.infected and the road back to health has been long and stressful.....just when i am feeling sorry for myself i read about a gent like you locked in a battle with cancer and suddenly my problems seem to pale in comparrison.....thanks for sharing your battle with us as your courage inspires me to buck up and count my blessings......God Be With You as you continue the fight......and.know you are a courageous man who inspires.......

Hi Jurgen,

After my recent event in hospital (I returned home late last night) you are very much in my thoughts and prayers. Please stay positive. Life has a habit of throwing unexpected curveballs but the body is an amazing machine and medicine / science today is truely amazing, and provided you stay positiive, you should have half the battle won.
