unusual fight locations

In the movie 'True Lies', Jamie Lee Curtis had a fight in the back of a limo with another woman while driving along the 7 mile bridge to Key West.  No idea who the other woman was.

Are you driver or warehouse workere?  Curious how there was access to the empty trailer.  Sounds like a great location.  Guessing the back cargo doors were open so you could see the action inside.  Who were the women and why did they fight?
