Hi,

Thanks to Joanne today, a quick email to us re a site issue was resolved pretty quickly. If the site is down or has a serious problem and you are unable to use the normal contact methods available on the forum to get in touch with me, please feel free to email me direct at (john "at" s-a-web.com).

As I only stop by the forum 3 - 4 times a day, it can be a few hours before I pick up an issue but I check enail constantly throughout the day so a faster repsonse is generaly assured.

That said, please ONLY use direct email if the other ways of contacting me on the forum are down or disabled.

Ok, I guess you have only heard this issue a few hundred times: but for the benifit of us who do not know how to deal with it. What can we do about thee problem with Adobe Flashplayer 10, when it will not let us in the chat room? I mean without contacting Adobe or uninstallng flash player; since adobe wont respond well, and some of us need Flashplayer. You know, it days some error in script is "causing this movie to play slowly" (when we asre not running a movie) , and it might slow down our computer:..and askes "ABORT YES or No, about 500 times. No matter what you say, it makes chat unusable.  What can we do, Doc??!! A great many of your site users would like to know, and the mods I have asked do not have an answer. Help please!!

a question  about the polls,, in the rookies poll fight i offered 3 votes for each member, however a few members including myself voted once and  submited vote, and now we can't use the last two votes any one have any suggestions on how to fix this or have we just lost the  two other votes?
