I agree with Daz to a degree. It depends on why they are fighting though. If both girls are talking about how they will beat the other and it's to get/impress a mutual love interest then forcing the losing girl to admit her defeat verbally either to just say it in general but if she's forced to say it directly to that love interest that would be plenty of humiliation.
