I have seen one movie, where a masquerade party was held in a palace and the female protagonist peeped inside a window where two women were riding their guys while armwrestling. The thing is though, not even a foreign movie while mainstream can risk such a blatantly X category move, that movie was porn. It's possible you still mean a different movie, yet there are no X rated mainstream movies anywhere.
