How do I add pictures and other attachments?

All of the buttons above the chatbox are now gone and upon clicking on "Attachments and other options" nothing happens.

Go to your profile, click on "profile info", then click on "show pictures", then bottom left, you should see "add picture"

What I meant is how do I add pictures to polls?

We were having problems with the add pics to polls and posts but the problem is fixed now.
If you still have problems adding pics to polls or posts empty your browser cache and try again.
