Anybody get a bad injury during an IRL fight?

Despite this being a forum about combat, most of the time folks shy away from the topic of blood and injury (and with good reason!).  I am not trying to take this to a "dark" place, but I was wondering - for those women who have been in "real life" fights (whether scheduled, or something that just happened in public), have you ever been badly hurt?

I was injured pretty badly once a few years ago, and I just wanted to see if others had similar experiences.

A few years ago, I had gotten in a fight with this bitch in a club.  Wasn't that exciting or anything, but it ended up with her pushing me, and I landed really hard with my head hitting part of a chair.  Let's just say...I was very sad I didn't have dental insurance at the time.
