ENTRIES ARE NOW CLOSED.

England-South has replaced Danni Wells with Rhian Sugden without using a substitution (Meaning Danni Wells is still eligible later).

The teams are:

Canada, England-South, South Africa, France, The US, Italy, Australia, Latinas Utd., Spain, Austria, Netherlands, England-North

And THEN, I know this will upset the balance, but I thought of some teams I'd be surprised but hoping to see, and decided NOT to scrap them, and they are:

Arabs Utd.
1-Nadine Njeim
2. Ruby
3.Hayfa Wehbe
4.Afef Jnifen
5. Sofia Essaidi

India
1. Riya Sen
2. Deepika Padukone
3. Bipasha Basu
4. Shilpa Shetty
5. Eeasha Narang

Eastern Europe
1. Nina Dobrev
2. Nella
3. Ana Ivanovic
4. Eufrat
5. Rakosi Annamaria

Russia
1. Anna Semenovich
2.Natalia Sokolova
3. Anna Kournikova
4.Maria Sharapova
5. Irena Ponaroshku

Persians
1. Sarah Shahi
2. Ramona Amiri
3. Vida Tahamtanzadeh
4. Bahar Soomekh
5. Nazanin Boniadi

And my own two countries:
Denmark
1. Cecilie Thomsen
2. Caroline Wozniacki
3. Helena Christensen
4. Sofie Lassen-Kahlke
5. Denise Klarskov

and
Israel
1. Natalie Portman
2. Gal Gadot
3. Bar Rafaeli
4. Vered Feldman
5. Doron Matalon

Finally, I was on PM with someone about an Asian team, but did not get a definite answer, so I whipped one up at the last moment:

East Asia
1. Zhang Zhiyi
2. Zhang Yuqi
3. Park Ji-Hiye
4. Kichise Michiko
5. Mizuki Hinano

If someone is interested in managing "my" teams please write, but the first V of every team are now all locked as of this moment.

Unfortunately, this ends with the somewhat unwieldy number of 20. So a pre-round is needed to get rid of 4. As there are no obvious favourites or minnows, the pre-round will be determined by random draw as well - matches will run according to the same rules. Tough, but at least the winners will see their team perform already.

Team managers will be notified before each match, and have about a day (or until the match is posted afterwards) to make 1 permanent substitution. A substituted girl becomes ineligible. A match poll will run for 3 days. The individual bouts in each match will also be drawn randomly and posted with the match thread itself, so they are not known before they start.

Each match is a simple best of 5 - 3 wins or above wins the match.

So without further ado it is time to draw the four pre-round matches and they are as follows:

aag77

Australia vs. South Africa

Eastern Europe vs India

England-North vs the Netherlands

Austria vs East Asia

That's it, here we go, good luck to every one

;D

Team South Africa 1st round match substitution:
Candice Swanepoel comes off the bench replacing Cariba Heine.

Vitezislav

Can I substitute one of my girls when I know who they will be fighting or do I need to do it before?

The individual bouts will only become known in the match thread so, no, that's a blind.

Is Italy Classic a new team? It would require an opponent for a further pre-round match.

As the teams' starting lineups were locked last night, South Africa's change IS a substitution - but as a one-off I shall allow a reversal if so wished.

Further Rule:

Tie-Breakers:
Should either team fail to win 3, due to one or more tied bouts, the tie will be broken as follows: 1- Overall team votes, 2- The 2-1 leader, 3- Each team picks a champion (from the 5 going into the match) for a run-off bout.
