DWW Pay (Tube) Site Question

I just joined the site today www.dww.xxx.  It was working wonderfully for about 3 hours, then I started getting this message, "Cannot connect to DB".  The site apparently is stuck or is having some manner of server problems.  I emailed their support staff, but no response.

Any advice?
